We were met by a sales manager introduced to a sales individual and were treated with respect patience and had a great experience. The individuals we dealt with were curtious and very knowledgeable. We feel we were treated fairly and got a great car
We went during a very busy time me despite this , we received excellent customer service. In particular, our salesman, Alvaro Valle, was genuinely friendly and easy to work with. He was great with our kids even though it was late and they were quite rambunctious! Thanks to Alvaro our experience at your dealership was great!

Joe was attentive and direct. The process was very user-friendly. It was the day after Christmas and very busy with a lower than usual staff, which caused some delay, but Joe was diligent in checking in with me during the delay.
