It was one of the easiest car buying experience I have had. Every one was really nice and helpful. Car was cleaned and full of gas for my drive back to Seattle. My sales man and finance guy were very helpful throughout the car purchase.
The overall service was phenomenal. Jesse was very friendly and helped me understand everything I needed in order to make decisions about the service level I needed.
Mike answered all of my questions with clarity and in ways I could understand being that this was my first BMW, gave me answers to questions I hadn't even thought of asking, and overall put my first-time car buying anxiety completely at ease!
