"The staff at Northwest BMW was kind and friendly" I had an amazing experience with my Sales person Karen. She works with you and for you. Eveyone was so nice all the managers including the finance department. I highly recommend Northwest BMW
"Great team!" My salesman Russell Allen was simply awesome. He showed me what I was looking for and explained the car in detail. He was very professional and really knew his cars. Everyone in the dealership made me feel welcome, they were all extremely friendly and helpful.
"Great Experience -Karen Anderson " Couldn't have had a better experience with client advisor Karen Anderson and New Sales Manager Josh. Efficient, Client Focused and service oriented. Easy to work with. Had the car ready for a test drive upon arrival. Were able to negotiate pricing over the phone, and get in the door, car detailed and signed paperwork and out the door on the way home in under 3 hours which is pretty good.
"Excellent! " Everyone was very Professional. My Credit score was really low from dealers keep running my credit . Eric made sure he ran it twice and that’s it he promised he would get me out of there in the car I came for . And that’s exactly what he did ! "Superb Customer Service" My experience at NorthWest BMW was top notch customer service. Car salesperson Teah Wedlock was very helpful explaining and going over all the details of owning a M Sport Competition Package. Her knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. She really made me feel comfortable, by this being my second BMW. BMW should be very proud of her expertise and knowledge of their products.
