"Great service at Northwest BMW " I brought 2016 X6 from Northwest BMW, l took home a week later there was a problem with the air conditioner, l took it back to the dealership and they attended to me quickly. The problem was fixed within one week.They fix it by installing a new air conditioner for me and for that l am very happy.

"The best experience ive ever had at a dealership" I originally came in with my wife just to look at a couple cars because we are still early in our search. Kessai greeted us and instead of trying to sell sell sell he took time to make sure we understood all of BMW models to see which one would best for us.
