"Great Experience" My experience at Northwest BMW was outstanding. My sales person was an extremely professional and welcoming personality without putting ANY sales press on me. The sales manager offered me a good deal that I was able to tweak a bit to fit my needs, and finally the financing department was excellent. "Amazing customer service" The most amazing customer service experience of my life. I purchased my 2005 series 1 X5 from Northwest when new and they have done most of the service. I like the car and even though it is 13 years old with 170,000 miles on it, it is still the car I want to drive. The DSC system went out and the Northwest service people worked tirelessly to fix it in league with BMW. The repair took over 30 days but they loaned me a brand new X5 at no charge.
