"Friendly and professional service adviser" I usually have my car serviced either in "The BMW Store" or here (BMW of Cincinnati North). I have great experience in both places. However, I prefer coming here when the job is a little complicated. These guys seem more able and knowledgeable. They always do a superb job. The service advisers I worked with also are very professional and accommodating. I certainly would recommend this service centre to anyone, who wants to get the job done without any hassle.

"Great Service and the folks there are very welcoming. " My car was going to be there a couple days. They got me to work and picked me up when I was finished then gave me a loaner car to get home and back once my vehicle was finished being serviced.

"First time service" I brought a 2008 I bought from out of state to BMW North to get a thorough inspection of the vehicle. They were able to not only tell me what issues the car has but also how urgent each issue was. The online report offers images and information about each and every service they offer and perform. Customer service was efficient and top notch. I will definitely be doing all my tuneups and work to them!

"BMW North is the BEST" The salesman Brad Schultz was so easy to work with and gave me a good price. He put me at ease and made me the buying process easy. BMW has the best selection of certified preowned cars and they are SO much more approachable and easy to work with compared to the old BMW store on Stewart that doesn’t want to talk to you unless you are sending $50k. Thank you BMW North! I’ll be back!!

"Great team, great to work with!" Every time I bring my cars in for service, I have no doubts or concerns. I will always be dealt with fairly and promptly. I am now on my third BMW leased through Jake Sweeney and sixth BMW overall, and cannot remember ever having a bad experience.

"Car is still doing what I brought it in for " My car was misdiagnose the work that has been done hasn’t solve the issue. The shop foreman replace and additional part and the problem continues

"Brad Schultz is AMAZING" My bmw was rearended and totaled and I was stressed to find another. Brad Schultz was so nice to me.
