"Consistently great customer service!" The title says it all...I have been a loyal customer of BMW of Cincinnati North ( formerly Jake Sweeney BMW ) for the past 14 years. My salesperson has always been Jon Ogden. He has repeatedly assisted me in identifying & locating each one of my purchases. Helpful, caring professional service is what is what keeps me a return customer.
"Pleasure to do business" I was treated very well while purchasing a used car from BMW of Cincinnati North. I felt like I got a good product for a good price; this is what we all want, right.
"Lengthy" I had a couple of issues,but they did an excellent job fixing them I didn't want the paint protection I thought it was too expensive and I was told that I had to purchase it but in the end didn't have to end up just paying maybe like $300 for standard something I don't know protection I don't know but it's all good
