"great sales adviser made the process easy" I am busy and did my homework before setting foot in the dealership. Brian worked with me quickly via text while I was traveling on business. The car was ready to go when I arrived. I did have to wait around for business manager but that's to be expected on a busy Saturday.

They could not find my car and the follow up went 4 days without a word so we went to BMW North and even though I called after hours on a weekday, I was to swing by the next day and they showed me a couple of cars that fit my need.
