"All in all a great experience although I did notice at..." All in all a great experience although I did notice at home that it has a dent in liftgate and damage to the rondel. Disappointing.

"they did what they said they were going to do. " I live in Nashville they had a great web site the sales staff was very quick to respond when I had a question on line. We were able to make a deal on my trade via web and phone, but main thing when I arrived at dealership they honored what they told me before I made trip to Cincinnati. They were very good to work with!

"Clay, Brian, Royan top marks" I don't really choose a dealership based on the people; because I want a specific car they have on the lot. But it was a pleasant surprise to find these three individuals easy to work with during the process.

"Not a premium experience" My experience with the sales person (Brad Schultz) was very good. Unfortunately the car (750i) was not delivered to us in the condition that I expected. I received two key fobs both of which need batteries. I have driven the vehicle at this point about 400 miles. A message on the dashboard monitor advised me that I need to add not one but two quarts of oil. BMW certified inspection?
