"HIGHLY recommend Joe Garcia" I have known Joe Garcia for many years. He is always pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I have also been dealing with BMW of Murrieta for years as well having bought several BMW's through Joe. Although I left the Temecula Valley area, I still pass other dealers to return to Murrieta. BMW of Murrieta makes you feel like 'home', whereas most dealers you dread the thought of stepping on the lot. I can not say enough about how highly I recommend Joe Garcia and the BMW of Murrieta family.
"Murietta BMW made it happen" I test drove the 2020 M340i at a different dealership near my home and loved it! They were unable to work out the #s to stay within my budget. I was giving up on getting the car when I called Murietta. I spoke to Jolene on the phone who was kind, detailed oriented and assured me they wanted to earn my business. "Great first time experience " Leased my first BMW with Dave Townsend who was so helpful from start to finish! Every one else was friendly and helpful. The actual dealership was large and clean with many BMW models on the lot.
"Amazingly good experience" Went to this dealership because it has earned the BMW best dealerships awards (center of Excellence) for a number of years in a row. Everyone else around here might earn it one year and then not the next--so not a continuing focus. To me, that is an important factor. Fantastic experience. "Best experience ever!" This was the best car purchase/lease experience ever! Dave is extremely knowledgeable and was awesome to work with by finding me the car that had all the options I wanted. He kept me informed throughout the process and made the transaction easy. I will definitely be recommending Dave to my friends!
"Amazing service" Dave Townsend was great to work with. The leasing processing went as quickly as it possibly can. He walked me through the functions of my new car and sync my phone to the car. I left my CDs in my trade in and even on his day off, he was able to contact his team to retrieve my CDs which I really appreciate. One of my CDs belong to my 5 year old who would be sad if it was lost forever as it was customized with her name with every song. Very excited to be a part of the BMW family.

"Would Drive 90 mins each way again !!" Well I’m not really a feedback type of guy nor do I generally give props on blogs on websites and so forth.
