Test drove at 3 different dealers yet not 1 of them would send me numbers. Found the car we wanted on line. Called and talked to Carl told him what car we were interested in and to please send over numbers for a lease and a purchase. He did exactly what I asked for. We made the decision to purchase he did our paperwork and application prior to our arrival gave us a great deal and we were in and out within an hour. Could not have been easier.
Carl was very responsive and attentive. When I first spoke with him he listened to what were my needs and exactly what I was looking for. No pushy sales tactics! Everything I asked for he provided. When I got to the dealership he was waiting for me just like he said he would. Every quote and detail was right on!
