Carl Burt was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in responding and providing me information asked for without the hard sale tactics. We pretty much worked the entire deal via text, so I knew exactly what my car was worth and how much the CPO 535 would be. The car was ready when we arrived at the dealership - front and center. I worked with Carl Burt to purchase my CPO X5. Carl took care of everything over the phone. So when I got to the dealership, the car was ready for test drive and paperwork ready to be signed. Carl's customer service didn't end with the sale. I wanted detailing done on a few items. Carl made sure that it was done even after the sale. I would certainly recommend this dealership and working with Carl !
