I tried my local dealership in Honolulu and quickly remembered why I don't like visiting dealerships. I did a quick internet search and found Dave. Working with Dave and his team has been a breath of fresh air as he helped me lease a 530i. The car is currently on a boat and on it's way, can't wait!!!

What can I say???? Carl Burt was great. He contacted me not long after I sent in the request to go take a look at the 328i . He walked us through everything with ease and he explained the whole process to us. They have taken care of everything. I had forgotten to get my LSU tire valve cover caps off of my car that we traded in and I called him the next day to see if they still had my car. They did and he went out there and removed them for me. It is the small things like that that make a customer come back to the same place ... read more

I bought a new BMW 540i from BMW of Murrieta a couple of months ago. I drove by the dealership with a number of questions about operating the vehicle. None of the product specialists were available, so Dave from Internet Sales volunteered to go out with me to my car and patiently explained a lot of the features that were new to me. I appreciate that he went out of his way to help me.

Dave helped me get into a 2018 440i Gran Coupe. I started shopping on the net recently as to what my next car would be as my 2015 lease was about to end and from the beginning of messaging with Dave until getting my keys for the new car and driving off, he made the transition seamless, transparent, smooth, and at a price other dealerships could not compete! Although we never met in person (not even on the day when we picked up the car as we happened to go in on his off day), it was a great pleasure dealing with Dave Townsend thru emails and texts before and after the transaction. He worked hard and provided competitive prices, and was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the process. Carl was helpful and polite. He fought to get me a better price than Riverside BMW. I also purchased the car, signed the paperwork, and was out in 90 minutes.
