I was looking to down size vehicle's from 2 to 1 and looking all around town for something that would make me happy. Jonathan Jacob's let me look and drive and few vehicle's. then he told me to try out this bmw x3 m40i and I fell in love with it. he was super helpful and not pushing me to make a decision right away. I recently leased a new BMW at Walser. My salesperson, Jonathan Jacobs, was great to work with. All of my experiences with Mason Felter, the manager has been awesome. The sales staff is not pushy and made the entire process pain free. The service department is always professional and answers any questions.
We had the best time dealing with Lindsey Devilbiss. We are from Texas and asked her to do a video of the vehicle for us and the same week, we drove to Kansas and bought it. Great dealership and great trade value.

I purchased a MINI Clubman from Walser and was fortunate to work with Mathew Salyers. I purchased it remotely so I had to rely on him to provide information, videos and to communicate all the different options available to me.
