I would NOT personally recommend BMW of Wichita, I tried to purchase a vehicle here after seeing advertisements listed in car gurus and car fax. The salesmen, Jesus, kept changing the price and adding on more costs after already agreeing on a TOTAL* price including delivery & process/tax. Sleazy sales tactics by salesmen and sales manager. Although I was only going to purchase a used car with cash, I would rather spend my hard earned money at a more respectable organization that holds honesty and fair dealing in higher regar... read more

Walser MINI of Wichita is an unscrupulous dealership. The photos of the 2007 Pontiac solstice GXP listed in the Cargurus ad turned out to NOT be in the same shape as those photos when it arrived at my home in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Numerous issues including a hood latch broken and wouldn't latch on the left side (rendering the car undriveable), screws missing from the wheel well, a melted front grill glued into place, the left front panel sagging because a screw was loose and that same panel bent and bowed with paint scrap... read more

Just came into BMW to have work done on my 7series. Was told they offered no body work and had absolutely no idea or referrals for anyone that would work on a BMW. By far the worst customer service I have ever had at a dealership. This is a huge dealership with multiple brands of luxury vehicles, and no one can send me to a body shop for a scratch? Ridiculous.
