Worst experience ever have been there 3 times now after i bough my M6 and every time its a disappointment! i am always the one to that has to call them first to hear whats going on with my car and every time i do call its an excuse! " i will have them call you back" yet never happens...

Sent my 04 325I In for a airbag recall and got the car back with a check engine light on and the idle jumps from 900 rpm to 1200 rpm. I won’t send anything back.

I would rate less than a 1 if I could. The service department hasn't returned my 4 phone calls in the past week regarding me needing to have a whole new part ordered and installed. Insurance is paying for the whole thing, so there's a check to pay for it in my hand. Everyone says they'll have someone call back, and I've heard nothing. The part takes 7-10 days to order/ship so I'm already out the past week getting it done. The lack of customer service is pathetic for the brand they are trying to represent.

Walsar DOES not care about the customer. Only their pocket!!!! BMW does NOT stand behind their vehicles!!!!

Initially I felt they had done a great job...that is until I found out they "hid" a cracked rim from us, replaced 4 tires on a 2015 2series and sent us on our way. Maybe it was because we live in another state and they knew they'd never see us again. Of course that tire started losing air 3 months later and the rim had to be replaced. Shame on them. Honesty is the best policy.
