"Above And Beyond " I purchased my car from Karen in May this year. I just took it in for its first service and the experience was flawless. They provided Lyft to and from my home. I was concerned that there was a rattle when I accelerated. They diagnosed and agreed to fix as it was obviously an issue dating back to when I purchased the car. I will be back in 18 months to trade in for my next BMW and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership based on the experience I have had to date. Love one stop shopping!
