"Great customer service " The whole process was quick and painless. Sandra already had my loaner waiting for me. All the services and issues were addressed at the end of the day. They’re great!
"Great Experience " Took my BMW in for routine service. It was fast, friendly and easy. Bryan even arranged for Lift to take me home and bring me back to the Dealership when the work was done. Have been here a few times and have had a great experience every time!

Bryan, the service rep, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate all requests. More important the service included a complete and thorough diagnostic of the problem, and the initial problem was corrected, all the smile. I feel very fortunate to have this dealership so close to home.
"Always A plus" Of all the dealerships I have used for various high-end cars, I have to say that Bmw Of Palm Springs Service is always gone above and beyond to take care of my wife and I. Our service advisor Chris Hapner is amazing. Always responsive. He always gets us the answers to any questions we have. The service manager Veneisha is amazing also. She has also taken care of us and the service from her is always above and beyond.
