"Over and above" Friday afternoon at a quarter to five and I hit a pot hole the size of the Grand Canyon. The front right tire side wall is torn open, and I limp into the dealer. They stayed open to replace the two front tires and make sure nothing else had been compromised. I can’t say enough about the kind and thoughtful care I was afforded! Thank you Chris and the service crew at Indigo BMW Palm Springs.
"Amazing Service " I was having an issue with my key fobs and we originally thought it was just a battery issue, but soon found out that it was a program issue and my car had to be completely re-programmed. Bryan was fantastic and said that he would get it taken care of as soon as possible and he did! I was in and out of the dealership within hours and very happy about that! The service is always amazing at BMW Palm Springs!
"Great diagnostic work" So, I was driving home from a beach vacation and, about 2 miles from home I approached a traffic light, but, with my foot all the way down on the brake, it was clear that my car was not stopping.
