"Service, repair" Stan Sterling in the service department was incredibly helpful. Very professional, very on top of things. I was three hours early to my set appointment, but he still saw me right away and helped get things going.

"Customer service " Just bought a used 2007 750I and needed to get a recall issue with the door fixed. Bryan was super cool told me not to worry it would get fixed and they would check the serving and update computer system for free. Was ready next day and Bryan even stayed after closing to meet me so I can pick my car up. Great Customer Service.
"People, Process, then Profit. " As if Palm Springs didn't have enough nostalgia to spread around, I found it where I least expected: BMW of Palm Springs. Being a huge M car enthusiast, I'd visited the dealership casually more than a couple times due to a showroom that felt just as much as an enthusiast's collection than cars for sale... but don't be fooled.
