"Great service!" Service staff is outstanding! Sandy was professional, empathetic, very nice! All of the staff were very personable! Love going there! If I were to purchase another BMW I would go here!
"Oil change" I am giving four stars because I feel that it is very important to clean off the top plastic intake cover where oil is poured into the engine instead of cleaning off the whole top and around the oil Could've been A little more tidier especially from BMW dealership other than that my overall experience was excellent are you are my check ups and inspections and oil changes from BMW of Palm Springs I also would like to add that in the past I have open my hood after an oil change and found a couple Plastic caps eith... read more

"Sandy was very helpful and friendly " There was a recall for the airbags for my bmw. I kept putting it off because of the hassle. From start to finish, Sandy went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. If I knew how accommodating they would be I would of done it sooner. Now I know.
