"Good visit" Taking good care of by David. Called in a day before; get scheduled next day. Coming in early in the morning; all service was done efficiently. Enjoyed the time while I wait in the resting area.
"Good experience" Phil was great. He was easy to deal with and no high pressure sales job. He understood what I wanted and my time frame. Would recommend him.
"Scheduled maintenance " Bryan Gacayan was my service representative he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Also helped me make the right desision on the upcoming extended warranty purchase I need.
"Lease exchange from 2015 to 2018" Based on experiences from previous leases at this location (under different ownership) which were great, we were glad to see that much of the staff remained to continue our already established relationships and to continue providing excellent customer service.
"Service department " Sandy and Stan did a great job and gave Excellent customer service. I have been bringing my 328i here for over 5 years and would recommend Palm Springs bmw.
"Sandy gave me excellent service. Thank you " Very good service.. She was the only one who understood that I did not feel comfortable driving the car over 125 miles with the check engine light on. The 2 men I spoke with just brushed me off like don’t worry about it little lady. Very poor customer service from those guys.
"Service" Service good. Always accurate with no difficulties. Not cheap but work done correctly. Never had difficulty with this service department plus find the staff very helpful
