Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed and they would not change it because there was not enough time between appointments rescheduled appointment then went in again and this time they wouldn't change the oil because there wasn't enough miles on the vehicle. I arrived at the appointed time. A couple came after me but was served before me and this required me to wait an extra 30 minutes. I understand how unimportant I am to the service department
Car promised to be ready at end of day . It was not. Second time in a row this has happened. Had to wait a half hour after appointment time to see my service agent. They should have known in a.m. they had overbooked
Warning! Do not turn your lease in at BMW of Palm Springs. It will cost you time and money! This is my third and last lease with BMW of Palm Springs. Ron Biggs, Sales Manager, treated me like a third class citizen. I had a scheduled appointment and he was late, did not make eye contact, was surely and did not shake my hand or offer a greeting.
