"Out of state buyers beware. BMW Palm Springs cashes your..." Out of state buyers beware. BMW Palm Springs cashes your check immediately then 3-4 weeks later you finally get a title. So you can’t drive your purchase until the title and bill of sale is in hand. Also they charge out of state buyers $1000 for delivery and the car arrives filthy. . No help from GM. BUY LOCAL.

"Mixed. Friendly people but unprepared. " On Monday we agreed to purchase and scheduled to drive to dealership from Tucson on Wed. On Wed the salesman called and confirmed that we were on our way. Yet when we arrived no paperwork had been done. We had to stand around for 2 hours waiting for the line finance person. The result was that we didn’t make it home until 11pm. Next time they’ll have to give us a much better deal if they’re going to put us through that.

"OUTSTANDING " Cannot say enough great things about Chris in Service (who helped me 99.9% of my troubles). Prompt, helpful, caring kind accommodating friendly knowledgeable etc etc.(especially compared to my WORST LEVEL EVER IN 25 yrs with BMW ESCONDIDO- horrendous lying uncooperative refusals of paperwork copies scratching my brand new front bumper taking no responsibility and offering me no help including manager who refused to give me contact info of dealer owner as well as threatening to call the police - all while I att... read more
"Trust These Guys" Bought a Certfied Preowned vehicle from another dealer- and it came with issues ten minutes off the lot. Issues that should have been dealt with; instead I got incomplete and misleading information. Palm Springs service either fixed everything or gave me correct information. Efficient, comprehensive, trusted.
My BMW had to be towed here. It never ran again and dealer refuses to dispose of it. No customer service whatsoever. Horrible experience ongoing.
Left message for appt, never called back. Changed my appointment the night before for the following week. Had my car for2 weeks did nothing to it.
