My service representative was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Was a bit surprised that my oil service and simple components check took two days. No loaner cars offered only option was a Lyft arrangement. Not comfortable with that option so had to impose on others to transport me back and forth. Otherwise pleased with service representative and thorough service and video explanation of components check.
Outstanding service, great communication, follow up and follow through on services asked for and recommended.

Excellent experience at BMW Palm Springs. I can't say enough good things about Mike Popescu. He really went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend him. He was very helpful and made sure that I walked away with a terrific car. I also want to thank Bobby who took the time to explain how everything works on the car. There are lot of bells and whistles and he made sure that I was comfortable before I drove the car off the lot.
Very satisfied with Service Manager and Service Advisors. They always treat me very fairly and courteously.
