It is truly a pleasure to work with your service employee, Scott Weinbaum. He is friendly, polite, professional, knowledgable, accomodating and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He exhibited patience and expertise as he enabled me to install my bluetooth device for the second time and, in a previous visit, repair my AM radio.My last three cars have been in the Lexus family and this has been my first BMW. Due to service provided by people like Scott Weinbaum, I will surely stay with BMW for many years to come.
Lauderdale BMW is the only service center I have been to for my 5 Series that I've owned for 7 years. Scott Weinbaum has been my service advisor since the beginning. When I arrived, the sales staff greeted me and took time to explain the differences between the models I was interested in. I was able to test drive very quickly and they did not pressure me into a decision.
I've had service on my BMWs from Lauderdale BMW for several years, and and Max Cabrerra has been my service rep. All I can say is He is WONDERFUL. I have had only the very best treatment and I'd recommend the dealership mainly because I have had such a positive experience with Max.
