Rodney was very attentive to our needs. He was honest and forthright about the options that would be available to us. He was efficient as well, since we needed to get a car quickly. He didnt put us into a car we didn't want. He tried to give us the best value for the car we wanted. He definitely earned our business. He called us back when he said he would. He was always available and patient with us when answering all of the many questions we had. We would definitely recommend him to anyone because he is very professional.
The staff at Lauderdale BMW is excellent. Jake, our salesman is very professional, he came in on his day off to deliver our car. The car buying experience was not stressful at all. We will be returning to purchase our next vehicle.

I have worked with Dave Rhoden for the past year on repairs for my BMW and he has always been honest and very helpful and caring. He calls and advises you on the car right away and tells you what needs to be done. Also he provides transporation for me back and forth to work or home. My car also is clean when I pick it up. All of my needs were met with a smile. I have not experienced the level of courtesy and respect that I was given at Lauderdale BMW, especially from Dave Williams, anywhere else. I was given the loaner vehicle of my choice (I'd gotten a brand new, top of the line Z4 convertible while my 535i was serviced) and was pleased to have my car returned to me freshly washed.
