I visited this dealership about 3 weeks ago when I was looking for a car (my lease with Audi was ending). I ended up signing a lease on a BWM 328i the same day I test drove it. Jake was very friendly and helpful as was his manager. The process was smooth and quick and they took time to explain the various functions and features of the car before I drove it off the lot. I came to the dealership after speaking with Frank Doran on the telephone. I did not intend to purchase a vehicle that evening, but only get a value on my car and pricing on another car. This was my first car purchase at Lauderdale BMW and I can say, (as I have done business with multiple BMW dealorships in the past), that the experience with my sales advisor, Mr. Raymond, was impeccable. I gave this rating because we tried to get into a new car but was unsble until we contacted Carol and surprisingly after so many let downs from others, we were able to get into the car we wanted at the payments we neede to be.
