We had a great experience purchasing our first BMW at the Southampton dealership. Van was one of my favorite salespersons I've ever met. Very nice and informative without being pushy in any way. He worked diligently to find the car we wanted in the color we wanted....being the end of the model year, I'm sure this wasn't an easy task. We are very happy with our new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and Van!!

I'm on my 4th BMW and I had the pleaser of have Van help me. Most of the time I am a little nervous buying a car, but Van made it easy. I will only buy my cars from Van and Southampton.

I had a very positive experience at the Southampton BMW. The salesman Van made me feel like I was his only Customer, spending lots of time going over options and taking me out for test drives while trying decide between differnt models .

I reached out to Tony, the Service Manager at BMW of Southampton, to look into the remaining warranty on a used Mini my girlfriend is looking into purchasing. My family's experiences with Tony go back at least 10 years before his time at Southampton and this time, like many others, he went above and beyond. Whatever has gone on in BMW of Southampton's past, they're on a good track now, especially if the rest of the staff is as helpful and customer-oriented as he is.

Jon Miller made the entire lease experience enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, a good listener and very importantly trustworthy. Overall dealership is very pleasant.

Mike Ambrose assisted with my purchase of an X5 from Southampton BMW. Mike is the consummate professional. He expertly guided me through the entire process, made sure the vehicle was delivered on time and facilitated all of the paperwork. I have never had an easier time purchasing a vechicle. Mike is knowledgable and honestly wants his customers to drive away completely happy.

Great place to get your next car, friendly salespeople, great service department. Mike Ambrose suggested my wife and I pick up the car in South Carolina at the BMW Factory. We were treated like royals by the BMW Performance Center staff.

I went to BMW of Southampton to get pricing on a lease for a 2012 528x. Rob Rogers, the Sales Associate, spent a considerable amount of time with me, answering all my questions, explaining the features of the car and accompanying me on a test drive. He also provided the pricing information I requested. Unfortunately, the monthly cost was above my desired range. This is the 2nd BMW purchased/leased from Robert Rogers. Great recommendations on vehicle choice. Responds to email/phone calls timely, very reliable,, extremely professional & genuinely nice person.
