After having a terrible experience at a VW dealership, this was a real treat. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable from saleman (Scott) to management staff. Very nice assortment of cars and all in great shape with low mileage, it was hard to make a choice but with help from Scott we are very pleased with our 528i xDrive. By the way 1 year bumper to bumper coverage and 3 years left on the drivetrain warranty was a nice perk.
Michael Ambrose is the ultimate professional. He quickly assisted us and explained the car choices and prices. When we picked up the car he took time to show us how the various equipment worked especially the navigation system. We feel comfortable about calling on him with any of our questions.
Tony, Kevin and Rob were very helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this showroom and these salesmen to any of my friends and associates.

Michael Abrose was very helpful and professional. He was able to get me the exact car I wanted and at a price that worked for me. We met and talked on a number of occasions both before and after getting the car. I felt that he took a lot of interest in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Outstanding sales on new mini; special order with unusual package--every detail exactly right. Helpful advice in disposing of our car offered for trade in. No pressured sales, but always prompt on details and answering questions. Also, best leasing deal in the tri-state area.
