Everyone was very helpful and aimed to please. We were able to drive cars under consideration without waiting or having to return another day. We didn't have to over negotiate and felt we got a fair price for our trade in. Anthony Piraino was very patient in showing us what all the knobs, buttons etc. stood for. The dealership-Anthony Piraino, Paul Toner and Kevin McNamara- all worked together to ensure a very pleasant experience. We would definitely return when looking for another or next car.
Response time and professionalism are outstanding. Second time I am leasing from them. Prior to them I had leased through Habberstad and when that lease was expiring I contacted them and did not receive a call back for close to 2 weeks from the former salesman. In addition at that same time I contacted Rallye for a quote and it took them over a week to return my call. A business associate recommended Rob Rogers and I couldn't be more pleased and have delat with him since.
I have bought three cars from this dealer since 2008 and they have been amazingly helpful answering questions, teaching me how to do complicated procedures and reteaching when ive forgotten, and making service appointments.
I have been driving BMWs over more than 35 years, owned and leased. Every time a BMW is to be replaced, I assess the level of service of my current dealer, as I have the option of selecting a dealership among several in convenient distance from my homes. Terrific attention to detail. Everyone really cared about providing me with excellent service and they went to great lengths to do so.I was treated with dignity and respect. I gave the ratings I gave because the experience was an absolute pleasure. The dealership or more precisely Antonio and the Sales Manager Paul Toner dispensed with any negotiations by giving me the absolute best deal that they could. I was able to come out of my earlier lease because of their willingness to put me in a new car. They were upfront on everyghting and kept their word on everything we discussed.
