Josh went above and beyond answering all my questions about a 2005 Hummer Hut when I was 2+ hours away. Upon getting there he and Russ Berry went above and beyond to get me the right deal on the right car. Adam Miller was great doing paperwork in a timely manner. They even have an arcade room with Pac-Man while you wait!!!

so I think this might be the best place to buy a car in all of America. I have no connection to them and they are hundreds of miles from me. When driving across the U.S. to buy a specific vehicle, trust is everything. They had my trust immediately. Our overall experience at the BMW dealership has been great Josh and Russ have taken care of all of our needs. we really enjoyed our first time experience buying a used car from Columbia BMW We had an idea of what type of vehicle we were looking for and Brad showed us three different makes and they were nice but not quite what we wanted until he said I have the perfect one for you and Adam and Russ worked to make it happen. We are completely happy with our 2016 Chevrolet Equinox We will be back and will tell everyone we know to come see you!

What my family took away from the experience was a lot of laughes, smiles, and shared stories with our sales associate Jonathan Mcdowell. We couldn’t have landed a better rep from BMW of Columbia. Jonathan and BMW of Columbia spent some extra time detailing the interior after we got there, and we appreciated that. Jonathan wasn’t letting us leave until we were happy with the car. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had, hands down. I went to look at two vehicles, both used. I was never pressured or steered toward something pricier. I wasn’t asked about my budget, hounded about monthly payments or how they could make a newer car “work”, was never asked about my credit, and didn’t have a bunch of add ons and numbers thrown my way.
