We had absolutely no intention of driving away in a "new to us" BMW on Saturday, but Brad tactfully won over our trust by putting our needs above the need to close the sale. My experience at BMW of Columbia was very positive. I'm not the easiest of persons to sell to, but I found them (Brett Cloon) to be patient as I worked through my decision. I was able to test drive two cars more than once, not to mention, I test drove them alone. He gave me space to think, and overall I did not feel rushed or pressured. I felt they were fair and honest in our discussions, and after it was all said and done, I walked off the lot with a new Used Toyota Avalon. Mike is real and he treated me like I was buying a $500,000 dollar car, when all I bought was a used 2015 Dodge Laramie pickup $34,000 (which by the way is a bad xxx truck) way less than what the BMW sells for, I was in and out and in the truck driving home in less than 2 hours....WHO DOES THAT??? Jonathan worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted. Very good communication and updates as well. Finance person is one I would not talk to again. When credit card was declined ( wrong number input) he rudely declared immediately it was rejected without even considering what he said or his error possibility. My wife was very offended at the manner and asked for his apology.....he said he guessed he should apologize......that was it. Done with him.
