I gave this dealership 3 stars only because the finance dept. made the process take much longer than it shiuld have. We took care of our own financing and didn’t need theirs. Perhaps this is why they slowed it down. That being said, our salesman Jonathan was 5 star brilliant. Would recommend him to anyone! We are very happy with our 540i x-drive. Will buy more in the future.

One of the most pleasant experices I have ever had purchasing a $250k vehicle. I flew into the airport 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership. I was picked up and driven to pick up the Rolls. From the sales team to finance department to the management exceptional experience . The process was very easy and straight forward. No games and no BS. I've now bought two cars from here, and both times it has been an incredible experience. This last time, a M240i was maybe one of the best days of my life, both because it's a dream car and the team that helped make the deal happen. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a sale, except from my own gut because I couldn't keep my excitement down. Brett, you and the team are the best.

My first-time car buyer experience could not have gone better. Brett had the Volkswagen waiting for me and ready to go on a test drive by the time I got to the dealership. Even though I was not buying a new BMW, I was met with service as if I was. The atmosphere created by the employees was wonderful. Brett--as well as Adam--made sure I left completely satisfied. I would highly recommend BMW of Columbia and Brett to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Josh at bmw of columbia found a truck to suit my needs and worked very hard to get me the best deal. They have a wonderful atmosphere and everyone made sure i was happy and comfortable.
