My wife and I worked with David Watson. This is my third purchase of a BMW from Dave. He is very personable and we enjoyed working with him and the Finance man Adam. I did my dealings over the phone and email. All I had to do was come in and pick the cars up. They took my older X5 in on a trade and they arranged for me to get our of my GMC Lease of my 2015 Yukon Denali.
