Working with Mr. Watson was very refreshing. He was upfront and honest about pre-existing conditions of the older car we purchased. I found the car online and was not hassled to purchase a different one. I didn't feel I needed a man to accompany me to buy a car. I felt respected and able to take my time, unlike previous car purchases at other dealerships. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Not local but found a BMW 540 on their lot optioned how I wanted it. Worked with Joshua. Very easy to deal with and pricing was favorable. Had car in NJ less than a week later. Easy Peasy!!! Also great personalities from people who seem to love what they do!!
Mike was so easy to work with. He had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. While I was signing my finance papers he had moved everything out of my old vehicle into my new truck and had the plates ready to go so when I walked out he just handed me the keys.
I have used the same salesman for our last three car purchases and the last 10 years. but He did not have a car on his lot that met our very specific wish list. I found exactly what I wanted at BMW, my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Great price, great warrenty included, friendly staff, and overall an awesome experience. Everyone was friendly and offered assistance, and food or drinks while waiting. They made us feel welcomed and at home. David was awesome to work with! We traveled 5 hours to buy an inexpensive car and were treated with the same hospitality as if we were there to buy a brand new BMW. Highly recommend doing business with this dealership.
We found a Toyota Sienna through the internet and after speaking with and emailing Brett Cloon, made the decision to drive 3 hours to the BMW dealership. Brett answered every question, sent any documentation requested immediately, and gave us a great deal on the vehicle. Ironically, on the way to the dealership to pick up our "new to us" Toyota Sienna, we totaled our other car in a freeway accident about ten minutes from the dealership.
