Consumer Sarah was nice. These surveys are a noose on consumers and workers. Stop pressuring consumers and employees to be rated for big brother. I did this so that poor Sarah doesn?t get reprimanded for not pestering her client enough to do the survey. She is excellent. She is good. She is likable. Is that good enough for you?
