BMW Encinitas David was amazing and very gentle. I was concerned as to how often he grabbed my private parts and wanted to drive manual. I?m still not sure what a Belgian Tickler is or why he wanted to give me one. I?m not sure what the science was be he insisted on smelling the seat of my trade in. He said I was definitely and i3 kinda guy. I can see David owning a whole franchise of Pontiac or Buick dealerships in the near future.

Great Experience Dropped car off for windshield wiper motor replacement and to have brake pads checked. Was provide with a new X3 loaner car even though I was planning to have shuttle take me home. Was called a couple hours later and informed that a leak was found in the corner of a gasket while performing 30-point inspection. Vehicle was ready two days later. Overall customer experience was exceptional.
