BMW Encinitas I find they are very thorough, and handle any problem or concern I have seriously. I always get a nice loaner while they work on my car, I appreciate that.

Fantastic customer service Brought my 2019 530i in for annual maintenance. Was greeted outside within 30 seconds of arriving and was in service advisors chair in a minute getting my maintenance set up. Joey remembered me from 2 years before when I had my previous M3! Sat inside waiting area and plugged laptop in to work. Wi-if was fast and before I knew it the car was ready and waiting for me looking brand new.
