BMW BUYER I don't do reviews. I just don't. Sometimes you have to make a recommendation to the public. They literally knocked it out of the ballpark. Helpful, quick and understood what was important to me and just took excellent care of me thru the entire process.
Really good and helpful I have Nicole helps me. I really appreciate her help. She is nice and professional. I will go back next time for sure. Nicole helps me fixed a brake light mul-function issue which has bothered me for 2 years and i went to another BMW maintenance center to fix this issue for many times but not get it fixed. Finally with Nicole's help, I can have this issue fixed before my warranty is going to expire. I really appreciate her help and professional work.
