Best BMW Dealership In California When trying to buy the elusive white M2 I contacted virtually every BMW dealership in California before purchasing my car from BMW Encinitas. i8 Service Service manager, Keith, is outstanding and he has helped us for more than ten years and several BMWS. He is the best and the reason we go to Encinitias BMW. However, that state of the dealership keep deteriorating. I went to new car showroom and was shocked!!! Everything in the place was DIRTY! Even the CARS. It now looks like a 2nd class operation with no pride. What a shame. Best BMW Collision Center in SoCal I?ve had my car repaired twice with these guys and they do excellent work! My X3 looks brand new. Andrew Jones is extremely professional, helpful and communicative. If ever I?m in need of collision repair (and I hope I?m not) there?s no where else I?d trust with my BMW.
Request Arthur in the Service Dept. I highly recommend working with Arthur in the service department at BMW Encinitas. He's professional, knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented and works in a very timely manner given the high volume of requests in the service department.

Darren at BMW Encinitas Took my car in for an oil leak, and Darren took exceptional care of me. I had a long delay to pickup my car the first go around, which was simply to the fact they were SLAMMED and my alert light was still on. Darren had a driver come to me and to make it up they provided an exceptional wash. These guys really went over and above to make things right. I will continue to service my vehicle here.
