Great BMW Service Having moved our X1 BMW from Maui, HI to California, we needed to get our car smog checked and a service check. The people that got the car said there was some addition program updates (software) and recall issues that had to be updated. It was going to be longer than the time I had, so they offered me a 'Loaner' car for 24 hours. It was great, and everything worked out. Great Service I have been using BMW of San Diego for a number of years to service my car, but have become very unsatisfied with their Service Department with my last several visits. So, I decided to try BMW of Encinitas, and had a much better experience. The appointment making, dropping off the car, getting the loaner, and ultimately picking up my car all went very well. Art was a great Service Representative. I highly recommend BMW of Encinitas.
