Jacob Performed as Promised Needed to have a brake fluid flush and replacement. Called Jacob yesterday and he said if I dropped the car off last night, he would get it into the shop first thing this morning. He called me at 9:30 am and said the job was finished and the cost was exactly what he had told me it would be!
Unhappy I went for an oil change today and your representative was Beth Smithson. I find her condescending and rude. When I told her I only wanted the oil change done today she told me my service light would stay on until I got all services done they say are needed. I find that threatening and she is giving me an ultimatum. I mentioned my radio stations that are stored don’t stay on. Jacob Was expecting to wait 1.5 hours and was out in an 30 minutes!
Emergency Service I had a flat tire at 4:15 pm on a Saturday. I was near the BMW Dealer and stopped by to see if they could help. Jacob was able to replace the tire and get me back on the road in 45 minutes!

I would buy a car from this dealer just to get it serviced! I took my X5 in for a routine service. Kristen Rismiller got me out in just over an hour including an inside and outside wash!

Car Broke Down before 2 months Sales person was great but....I bought a car from this dealership and a month later I had to pay 2k on my front left tire. The car broke down on me while on the highway my front left wheel bearing was missing when I took it to the shop which led to damage to front axle hub and a lot more items once my car gets out the shop I’ll upload the receipt of all the work that had to be done. Emergency Service Recently I was on HWY 278 and my 2004 M3 had an issue which required towing late on a Thursday afternoon. With great reluctance, I called Hilton Head BMW.
