CAR IS LIKE THE DAY I ADOPTED IY My 2013 X.3 has been an excellent car and at over 70,000 miles I had to replace some tires and the usual routine maintenance. Bmw is not making an iinexpensive car and they in expensive to maintain. However the fact that I drive them for 10 years and in some cases more speaks volumes they end up cheaper than buying a Chevy or a Ford. Brad from the service went over and above My car had to be towed in to the service dept after they were closed. Brad was in contact with me the next morning. He arranged a loaner for me that I was able to keep until my car was repaired. Had to wait for some parts but able to keep the loaner until it was repaired. Brad also checked with me every day or so about what was going on. It was seamless!

Thanks I recently purchased a car at HH BMW and had the pleasure of working with Charles Decarlo. I performed 2 test drives over the course of three days. Charles was excellent, he patiently answered my questions and provided information about the 3 cars I was considering. It took a few days between decision and delivery. On my actual delivery date, Charles had final paperwork ready, had my car registered with mybmw and had activated the satellite radio.
