Service on 2005 BMW 325Ci Service Advisor, Mr. Joe Juliano at Hilton Head BMW was very professional, and knowledgeable on the vehicle (2005 BMW 325Ci). Oil change, breakfluid replacement, and air intake filters, as well as, reprogramming service engine soon light were done to my expectation.
Low rent finance department My dealings with the salesman were tolerable. The car was a bit overpriced, but it had the options I wanted, I knew the history, and it is warranted until June 2022. Additionally, they gave me more for my trade-in than I expected. That said, the financing part of the organization could use some work. I was at the shop for over 4 hours buying this car. The test drive time was minimal, the trade in offer was accepted on first presentation, and I was willing to pay what was asked. There was no lien o... read more

Nickle and time you to death Nice people, need work in service dept. Service dept. slow and do not pay attention to detail. Once "out the door", price agreed upon wound up paying for title registration, tire rotation (took off run flats).
