"Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!" All I can say is WOW! Very impressed with the staff here. I really appreciated the amount of care and concern they had to match the right vehicle with my wants and needs. Even though this wasn’t a Mercedes or a BMW, Melissa was knowledgeable on the features of the car.
"Great service and customer service." Ron has been always very helpful, even with the maintenance shop very busy he was able to accommodate my last minute service request and it was done on the same day. Thanks!

"Quick, easy experience! " Melissa was great to work with! She was very attentive and made the process very smooth. She gave us a video tour of the car and made sure we knew all the details before driving two hours to look at it in person. We appreciate all of her effort.
"Bmw service " Ron is always very helpful, polite and professional. Car service is a pleasure with Luxury Imports. Accomadations are always made with a vehicle so I can complete my errands.
"Recalls + warranty part" Very helpful gave me all the information i needed! Ron made sure they got my car in and out plus they detail your car afterwards.
"Great Service" I called for an appointment and was happy that I could be accommodated the same day that I called. I soon realized that the dealership was very busy but they were able to accommodate me. The car was returned freshly washed and vacuumed. To date my car was purchased at this dealership and has been serviced there for the last five years. I plan to continue our relationship.
"We love you guys and gals in Kentucky!" We live in Tennessee. We love the fact that you acknowledge our presence when we walk into your office. Your people are always in a good mood and willing to help us regardless of what's going on around them. We are comfortable in the your waiting room and the time just flies by.
