"Service" Exceptional service. The service advisors are great. Both Ron and Chris are excellent. I would strongly recommend this service shop to anyone . Loaner was available as always

"Great Service" Ron does his best to make the customer aware of any cost risks, is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share it. He has been helpful to me several times, whether or not the dealership gets the work. As a DIY guy on many things, he's very good at supporting my questions and keeping me aware of the risks of doing things on my own weighed against letting his team doing them. I have saved money, learned well, and gotten great service due to him.

"Worth the drive" After being a loyal customer of the Nashville dealership for many years, I couldn’t even get someone to get back to me with a quote for two tires and an alignment after trying for 2 weeks! After reading some positive reviews for the Bowling Green dealership I thought I would give them a try. I had a quote for a good price and an appointment in 5 minutes. Great service, worth the extra drive. I’ll be going back to BMW of Bowling Green for sales and service in the future.
"BMW X5 service" Stopped by for scheduled service for my X5. As usual Ron McCarthy was very courteous and welcoming - great person to deal with. BMW performed excellent service, car was ready ahead of time.
