"Service" Very professional and friendly. Chris and Randy explained all that was needed to be done on future service and the associated cost. Dave was also friendly as ever. They all make you feel at home.
"Warranty repair" Very friendly service. Very good job repairing our issue. All repairs were performed quickly. Waiting areas and restrooms were clean and refreshments available nearby. Thanks again.

"Wonderful" We brought our Mercedes Benz in for regular service and Chris Paynter was wonderful. Car was ready on time and they even washed it. Can't beat that for service!! This is the 4th car we have purchased from Luxury Imports of Bowling Green and we will continue to deals with them!! They are just the best!!!!!
"AWESOME" Chris is amazing he answered all the questions I had .Informed me of the service I needed and we got that done along with what I already had scheduled. It was great to be able to get it done while I was there even though we just threw it in.
"Courteous and helpful" As a widow with no mechanical skills I must depend on your advice and answers to my questions in order to keep my BMW in top running order. I appreciate the fact that I can trust you as my husband did to be honest and helpful in your service to me. Customer service is obviously very important in your dealership and I have always been pleased with those I have worked with when I am here.
"Noise comming from front wheels." Excellent attention and willingness from Ron McCarty and Mr. Brian King to find and explained me the reason for the "noise". Even the noise is not gone, but I have the "peace of mind" on what is causing it. Hope that we can eliminate the "noise" by next scheduled "breaks change" and experience the non - noise satisfaction again. As always Ron provides very good orientation and answer to questions for a better decision making process for the customer.
"Simply Superb! " My husband and I purchased GLC 300 in the month of December 2018 and what an awesome service we received from Mercedes-Benz of Bowling Green.
