"Chris (Service Manager) listened and worked to provide fair " Very accommodating in regards to scheduling flexibility and supply of loaner vehicle. Explained thoroughly the service to be formed and what could happen worse case scenario. 18 year experience mechanic (another Chris I think?) was very helpful in diagnosing problems too. Dealership is fortunate to have both of these experienced guys on board.

"Great service department" They always take great care of my Mercedes. Fast and reliable service. I live about an hour away so when I call and get an appointment, I never have to wait long for my vehicle. If I need loaner to go grab a bite to eat or something, there is always one available.
