"Chris is the Man" Chris is very friendly and knowledgable advisor. Pleasure to work with him. They performed recall and checked out our complaint. Service tech Randy is very knowledgable when it comes to Mercedes vehicles.
"timely service, great facility, very expensive oil change." We always are received well. The people are friendly and very well informed. If I were looking for a new Mercedes or BMW - I would take my first look here. However, their service is extremely high priced; $650+ for an oil change is too high, especially when our 4 yr. warranty is over. May have to reconsider next year. Overall, a great facility and very well informed people!

"Customer service is the best!" This was my first time buying a new Mercedes and my wife and I were treated as VIPs. "Service on S Class" Replaced alarm system and performed oil change service. Expected alarm to be cost about what it did but oil change was pricey. Good service though.
